How do you make sure your office stays productive when your “key players” are on vacation?

During the summer months, you may find employees taking more time off to go on vacation with the family. While that is their earned time off, this could end up putting you in a bind.

That’s why we advise companies to be proactive about these types of situations. Always have a plan in place and consider cross-training. If your payroll clerk takes off for a week to go on vacation, you’ll be glad you already cross-trained your receptionist to get paychecks out.
